Manuscript Analysis
I began writing stories intuitively and by accident, so I was really concerned I wouldn't be able to do it again on purpose. That's why I spent a lot of time studying story structure, so I could train my instincts, much like artists, musicians and athletes do.
I am now able to look at a story as a whole and assess whether it is working or not, and more than that, diagnose the problems.
